We have a little torta al testo for lunch, at a tiny little joint on Lake Trasimeno. Torta al testo is a flat bread sandwich, similar to a panini. Actually it's pretty much like two pieces of pizza mashed together. We had a moocher arrive at our table, after a morsel of torta he headed off to try his luck with others. Seems like the Italians take their dogs everywhere, they all seem happy and healthy. Spaniels and Jack Russell Terriers seem the most popular.
