Dear blogees: I'm aware that some of these blog posts are appearing in an order which bears little resemblance to the order in which I upload them. Rest assured we're not lost or anything, it's just that the Italian internet can occasionally be a strange and wondrous beast, so the narrative just might bounce around a little bit. The Italians sure can cook, but I would propose that infrastructure might not be their strong suit.
