The ceremonial first gelato

It was at 4:10, so the ceremony was technically ten minutes late, but the first "limone" gelato of the trip is a terrific afternoon pick-me-up.  Perfect balance of ice-creamy sweetness and lemony tartness, leaning toward the latter.
