Second dinner in Lisbon…back to Jose Avillez’s restaurant complex, this time Pateo. Open kitchen - look at those fabulous Jamon Iberico hams hanging there. (And then sliced on my plate). Also beef carpaccio, and 9-inch grilled prawns, tasted more like lobster. (If you wanted to avoid pix and descriptions of food/cooking, you might be following the wrong blog)
