They did a Galley Market Dinner last night, for the first time the last several voyages. It’s a lot of fun, everything is set up buffet-style but it’s all through the galley rather than out in the dining room. A little of everything: salad, Asian stir-fry, salmon sashimi, pasta carbonara, sausage, fish & chips, etc.
