Answering my own question, below. Looking at the cool FlightRadar 24 app, all those little yellow dots are real-time flights, it appears that air traffic doesn’t want any part of North Korean airspace.
This would have knocked the socks off the Wright brothers. Wonder if they ever had nightmares about their plane being shot down, that is, once it got up.
